Ramdana / chaulai (Amaranth) : Is one of the world's best sources of nutrition. It is rich in carbohydrates, iron, calcium, protein, minerals, essential micronutrients and fibre. The seeds, be they black, brown, gold or white, can be popped, ground, baked and cooked. Used as breakfast cereals, these can also be roasted and ground into flour and used in place of any other flour.
Arhar : Is highly nutritious and grown throughout the country. According to Ayurveda, it is anti-inflammatory and the paste of it can be applied to inflammations.
Fapar/ Buckwheat (Fagopyrum tataricum) : Grains are considered a good source of protein and are used by diabetic patients. The flour is used to make breads, pancakes, and other delicacies. When young the leaves are used as vegetables.

An Ayurvedic health rejuvenating supplement which it contains no steroids and gives no side effects.
India's Oldest Ayurvedic tonic Chyawanprash is most useful and popular for children, aged and patients with debilitating ailments. Of jam like nature, it has about 35 natural herbs including richest natural source of vitamin C, Amla (Embellica Officinalis) a tropical gooseberry. A special preparation may have up to 80 herbs and spices.
